Students are taught in small tutor groups using intensive teaching methods. All theory is provided in a comprehensive course manual which is emailed to the student to study at their own pace prior to attending the practical training. Case Studies are also required. You can become competent in a module after only one or two days’ of practical training, and will be awarded a professional accredited diploma on successful completion of your chosen course. The courses are approved and accredited by The CMA, Professional Beauty, Associated Beauty Therapists & The Beauty Guild and are all valid for professional insurance as well as awarded with points for continual professional development.

ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY
This course is carried out as a home study course and is divided into 11 individual units each of which is followed by a test paper. Each unit is emailed to you as a pdf and on successful completion of the test paper you will receive the next unit. On successful completion of all 11 units you will receive a professional diploma. This is great course to run alongside your beauty or holistic training to gain an understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
This course will help you to discover the benefits both physically and emotionally from massage with essential oils. You'll be taught to select, blend and safely use essential oils to suit your client's needs and how to provide a skilful full body aromatherapy massage.
Course requirements: 1 day practical plus home study & case studies.

AROMATHERAPY - BLENDING ESSENTIAL OILS
For the therapists who are already trained in massage and wish to learn how to select and blend essential oils specifically for their clients needs, then this is the training course for you. A massage qualification is required to attend this course.
This course is carried out as a home study course followed by a test paper.

BABY MASSAGE INSTRUCTOR
This course will enable you to demonstrate to your clients how to safely and correctly massage their baby/infant to enhance health, development & well-being.

This course will help you to discover the benefits both physically and emotionally from massage. You'll be taught how to provide a skilful full body massage to ease those tired, aching muscles and to de-stress your client.
Prerequisite: An Anatomy & Physiology qualification, or you can work towards this with our A&P course.

HOLISTIC BODY WRAP
You will be taught how to apply the products, wrap and measure the client and mix a specific wrap formula tailored to your client's individual needs.

CHINESE BODY MASSAGE
Learn the art of tui na (Chinese massage). This wonderful treatment uses a combination of acupressure, massage and working with the meridiens to assist in stimulating and unblocking the ‘life force energies’ to restore good health and harmony in the body. Beginners Level.

COSMETIC TANNING Learn how to carry out successful tanning for your clients. The training covers how to exfoliate and apply a cream tan product providing an even finish for all your clients. (Students are required to bring their own products that they wish to work with.)

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE
During this workshop you will learn professional techniques to carry out a lymphatic drainage massage to improve the functioning of the lymphatic system enabling the body to remove toxins and excess fluid from the body’s tissue.

ORIENTAL FACE MASSAGE
The Oriental Face Massage Diploma uses techniques that have been drawn from Natural Facelift Rejuvenation Massage, Indian Face Massage, Japanese Face Massage and Tibetan Face Massage. The fusion of theses massage techniques, works on the facial muscles, easing tension, smoothing away lines and increasing elasticity. The aim of this treatment is to release toxins and allowing the connective tissue to regain its freedom and elasticity resulting in visibly rejuvenation of the skin. REFLEXOLOGY
Modern reflexology provides deep relaxation, revitalised energy, stress relief, preventative healthcare and balance to the systems of the body. You will learn to activate the healing powers of the body using energy zones that run throughout the body and reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all the major organs, glands and body parts.
Prerequisite - Anatomy & Physiology qualification & massage qualification. A&P can be studied alongside the Reflexology course.

THAI FOOT MASSAGE
Thai Foot Massage is a traditional technique and is a unique massage of the lower legs and feet. It originated in Thailand over 2000 years ago. It produces a deep and unique feeling of balance, relaxation and well being & involves hands on stretching, massage, use of a stick to stimulate reflex points and follows the Thai energy lines (SEN).

TINTING - LASH AND BROW TREATMENTS
You will be taught the techniques of eyelash and eyebrow tinting and eyebrow shaping to enhance the face.

This training will teach you how to conduct waxing covering all areas of face and body waxing (including leg waxing, bikini waxing, underarms, facial hair, and eyebrow wax)

All training involves hands on learning, if you are training on a one to one basis; a model may be required for you to train on.
You will be required to attend one or two day practical training sessions for most of the courses. Prior to attending each course you will receive the training manual via email to read through and study. You will then be required to answer a test paper to demonstrate your understanding of the theory aspect. You may also be required to submit case studies as part of your training.
Once the training has been completed and is satisfactory you will then be issued with a Professional Diploma, which has been approved and accredited by The CMA, Professional Beauty, Associated Beauty Therapists & The Guild of Beauty & Holistic Therapists.
You will then be qualified to carry out the treatment professionally and your certificate will enable you to obtain professional insurance.
Classes are small or taught on a one to one basis by a fully qualified & experienced tutor
50% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance to be paid no later than 14 days prior to the start of the practical training.
